Hey, I'm Korrinna, a Registered Dietitian and real-life human who knows how exhausting the food and body struggle can be.
I specialize in helping women and athletes break free from disordered eating, restore peace with food, and reconnect with their bodies, without chasing numbers, perfection, or quick fixes.
